Service Scope
We provide mobile automotive key and lock services. Availability, arrival times and turnaround depend on location, vehicle make and manufacturer security requirements.
Proof of Ownership
Government-issued photo identification and documentation matching the vehicle are required before any key is cut or programmed. Service will be declined without it, and any call-out fee may still apply.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes given by phone are estimates based on the information provided. A final written price is confirmed on site before work begins. Additional charges may apply if the vehicle differs from what was described.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. We accept major cards and cash.
Warranty
Hardware we supply carries a workmanship and parts guarantee against defects. The guarantee excludes loss, water damage, physical abuse, third-party modification and pre-existing vehicle electrical faults.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed appointments or lost income.
